No. Baptism is a public witness to an inward change of heart in the life of a believer. When a person accepts Jesus Christ as Savior, it is expected that the person will proclaim the decision to follow Jesus through baptism (Mark 1). 

Believers who have been baptized in other churches will find their baptisms honored. Persons who have been baptized as infants are encouraged to publicly witness to their own decision for Christ through baptism by immersion.
